Surf Fishing Report:
Spot, Sea Mullet, lots of throwback Drum. Lots of grass. We have another overcast day with light rains off and on through the day. NE Wind and water temp is 73 degrees.
We have Ted Goscinski with 1.10 # Sea Mullet this morning. Also a citation Sheepshead was caught, but no name and details on it.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge anglers on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching Trout, Croakers and Flounder.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues, Spanish, spot and a 24 lb Cobia.
Nags Head: Spot, Croaker, Blues and Drum.
Jennette’s:
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Spot.
Inshore Boats Report:
Wreck fisherman caught Black Sea Bass and their limits of Tilefish.
Inshore had a 41 lb Cobia, Spanish and Blues.
Nearshore boats had great catches of Spanish, Blues and Albacore.
Offshore Boats Report:
Yellowfin, scattered Dolphin, Wahoo. Many releases of Sailfish, White and Blue Marlin.
Another grand slam reported by Oregon Inlet Fishing Marina. They also had a group fly fishing for Billfish and releasing 4 Whites.
